If you’re wondering whether it’s safe to invest in another J.J. Abrams series after riding the narrative roller coasters of Lost or Alias, the man himself has good news for you: Fringe won’t be as complicated. Whether you believe him or not is another matter.
Of course, Abrams is making no such promises about Lost. News broke yesterday that Michelle Rodriguez will be returning to the role of Ana Lucia (likely for just one episode). Though I’m fairly certain that she’ll appear in a flashback, I’m rooting for a plot twist involving zombies. Imagine the army of the undead that island could create. In fact, I’d almost vote for a spin-off starring Zombie Eko, Charlie, Boone, Libby and Ana Lucia.
