Beverly Hills 90210, S02 E07: Camping Trip
Last week: Brenda and Andrea vied for the love of Mr Suiter, who turned out to be an arse anyway, and Brandon magically got his old job at the Peach Pit back despite being the world’s least reliable employee. This week: everyone goes on a camping trip, which is predictably full of booze, unplanned pregnancy, and near-disaster. Oddly enough, despite eight teenagers being alone in the woods, there’s nary an axe-wielding murderer in sight.
Beverly Hills 90210, S02 E06:Pass/Not Pass
Last week: Brandon irresponsibly took on a Big Brother role to an abused young boy, had him taken into foster care and promptly abandoned him, never to be heard of again, while Kelly’s mom started dating David’s dad. This week: Brenda and Andrea are both hot for teacher, and Brandon finally buys his new car, which predictably turns out to be a disaster. Hurrah!

Beverly Hills 90210, S02 E05: Play It Again, David
Last week: Brandon broke the Beach Club rules to let some kids in to play illicit midnight poker, and then flailed around and blamed Dylan when the club got robbed. This week: Kelly’s mother starts dating David’s dad, and we’re expected to suddenly believe that David is more than a creepy stalker. Oh, and Brandon rescues an abused kid, despite acting completely unethically throughout. Yes, again.

Hello, and welcome to Season 2! As you’ll recall, Season 1 ended with an utterly unconvincing fake-out that the Walshes were moving back to Minnesota, which was resolved at the last minute, only to be replaced by a desperate “wait, we’ve been picked up for a second season!” cliffhanger of Brenda announcing to Dylan that she’s “late.” Will Brenda and Dylan become parents? Will Andrea and Brandon get together, or was their one chance spoiled by Kelly’s machinations? Read on!

Last week: at the spring dance Kelly fought with Brenda and Steve and kissed Brandon; Andrea fought with Brandon but decided to come to the dance anyway; Steve got drunk and told Brandon that he’s adopted; Brenda and Dylan finally had sex; David won the dancing contest and got to slow-dance with Kelly; and Donna wore a very, very silly dress.
